In case you do not authorize active operation within 6 months after receiving the Digipass Token / TBC Digipass application received from the bank, the device / application will be automatically deactivated . In this case, the amount paid when registering the device / application will not be refunded.

How to protect yourself:

  • Before you log into your internet banking account, make sure you are at https://www.tbconline.ge. Check the website’s SSL certificate – click the padlock icon in the web address bar. 
  • Do not share with anyone your internet banking username and password or the verbal or numeric telephone banking password. Do not store these data in unprotected files in your computer, on the Internet or in your mobile phone; 
  • Be especially cautions when working at a shared or public computer. After finishing your internet session, remember to leave the webpage only after clicking on “Log Out” button; · If your are signed in, do not leave the computer without attention; 
  • Do not send confidential information by email. The Bank will never ask you to provide your full personal and security data, passwords or account details by email; 
  • If you feel your online security has been compromised, please contact us immediately; 
  • If you receive a suspicious email allegedly from TBC Bank, please notify us immediately.

What do we do to protect you? 

  • Your internet banking accounts and transactions are protected by your unique username and password that do not repeat; 
  • External transactions require additional authorization – verification with an OTP (one-time password) generated by your Digipass.
