When does the Bank execute automatic transfers?

Automatic transfers are performed twice a day, on 9:00 and 18:30.

What happens if the funds in the account are not enough?

Automatic bill payments will only be performed if there are sufficient funds in the account. Partial payments are not accepted. Apart from sufficient funds, it is necessary to have an activated payment card to carry out automatic bill payments.
If an automatic bill payment cannot be performed on a predetermined date due to insufficient funds in the account, the Bank will attempt to draw the amount on each subsequent day until the next due date (in the following month).

Why should I avoid depositing the necessary sum on the due date?

Wire transfers will arrive in the provider account on the following day after the payment. Therefore, it is recommended that the necessary amount be deposited into the account before the due date. The Bank bears no responsibility if a service provider imposes a sanction upon its customer.

Why does it happen that a bank may draw a payment automatically even though the bill has already been paid?

If you pay a bill to the provider directly and the provider does not settle the account on the same day, the payment will still show as outstanding and the Bank will debit the amount automatically. In this case, the Bank will bear no responsibility for refunding the paid amount.

When can the Bank cancel an automatic bill payment order?

If an automatic bill payment cannot be performed within 365 days due to the client, the Bank can cancel it. In this case, the client has to reapply for the automatic bill payment service and request its activation.

What happens if the automatic payment due date is a holiday?

If the automatic payment due date falls on a non-business day, the Bank will execute the payment order on the subsequent day in compliance with the mentioned terms and conditions.
